Unsere Lieblingsspots haben wir mit der GoPro festgehalten. Pierre hat daraus einen Film zusammengeschnitten.

Für alle Kiter haben wir eine Liste der von uns besuchten Spots erstellt. Das Land steckt kitemässig noch in den Tigerpantöffelchen.

Sunshine Coast, QLD	Noosa Heads	Different spots	Refer to Seabreeze	Upmarket place, NO parking overnight, serveral spots, we didn't get the chance to kite here
Sunshine Coast, QLD	Maroochydore – the rivermouth	E to SE	Flat inside the rivermouth, waves outside, strong current	Another favourit, but don't loose your board when tide is running, for toilets and parking overnight try the SLSC* further south on the beach

Brisbane, QLD	Sandgate	NE to SE	Flat, very shallow, sandy ground	Don't get stuck in the sand, you share the water with jellyfish (wear long sleeves!), parking overnight possible at boat ramp

Brisbane, QLD	Wellington point	-	-	NO kite surfing, it is prohibited
Gold Coast, QLD	Shearwater St (close to Labrador)	SE	Flat to choppy, strong current when tide is running	Parking overnight at Paradise Point, ask around which spot is best for which tide
Northern Coast, NSW	Yamba – Back Beach	E to SE	Waves	NO parking overnight, caravan parks in town, jellyfish (wear long sleeves!), for other spots refer to www.nswkba.com.au
Central Coast, NSW	Old Bar – Sand Bar	NE to SE	Flat behind the sand bar, waves outside	Do NOT use the sand bar for set-up (widelife protection area), to find the set-up area go left just before the caravan park (gravel road for 1.5km), Espresso Bar near the school offers lessons and free WIFI, kite magazines
Central Coast, NSW	Hawks Nest – Jimmys Beach	SE to W	Flat	A beauty, but stay away from offroad cars, caravan park (30$), parking overnight only at SLSC* or at beach road
Central Coast, NSW	Hawks Nest – Main Beach	NE	Waves, currents	Stay south of SLSC*, staying overnight possible
Central Coast, NSW	Newcastle - Nobby's Beach	NE to SE	Waves, submerged rocks	Stay away from the rocks and the swimming area, go north of the wheater station, flatwater between the reef and the beach during low tide, NO overnight parking
Central Coast, NSW	Swansea Heads	NE	Flat	Even if it's shallow, don't put your feet on the ground, overnight parking possible
Central Coast, NSW	Narrabeen Beach	NE to SE	Waves	Ask for details at well stocked Kite and Surf Shop, we came here on a no-wind day, but there are many more spots north of Sydney

South Coast, NSW	Kiama	SE	Shorebreak	We came here on a no-wind day, stay away from railways

Southeast Coast, VIC	Jem Jerrup	E to S	Flat to choppy, some mangroves in the water, muddy ground	Not actually a spot, we went kiting anyway, in front of a sleepy little village, so you have lots of space, parking overnight possible, but no toilets/showers available
Southeast Coast, VIC	Melbourne – St. Kilda	E to S	Flat to choppy	Well organized city spot, can get crowded, we counted four kite schools, read the sign at the entrance, NO overnight parking, free WIFIs at cafes and bars in Fitzroy St, free internet at TRIBAL
